Shipping policy

 

Every pair of Troll Flops is packed and dispatched from our fulfillment partner as soon as your payment clears. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on where you are. Remote areas, public holidays, and peak seasons can add a few days on top of that.

Tracking

A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment your order ships. It can take 2–5 days for the carrier's system to show real scan activity, so don't panic if it looks quiet at first — that's normal, not a lost parcel.

Address accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it while the order is still unfulfilled, so email us fast if you spot a typo. Once it's handed to the carrier, we can't reroute it, and we're unable to cover reshipping on parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Split shipments

Ordered a multi-pair bundle? Sizes are sometimes stocked in different locations, so your pairs may arrive in separate parcels over a few days. Each one gets its own tracking number.

Something wrong?

If your order hasn't moved 20 business days after dispatch, or it turns up damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.
